At AavishkArt, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted creations with care, accuracy, and within promised timelines. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping terms, timelines, costs, and procedures to ensure complete transparency and trust.
1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping is under review and may be introduced soon. Customers outside India can contact us at support@aavishkart.com for special requests.
- Some remote locations may not be serviceable due to courier limitations. In such cases, you will be informed promptly.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- For customized or made-to-order products, processing may take 5–10 business days depending on complexity.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
3. Shipping Timeframes
- Standard Shipping (India): 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping (India): 1–3 business days, where available; extra charges apply.
- Delays may occur during festive seasons, sales, or due to courier disruptions. AavishkArt is not liable for delays outside our control.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free standard shipping on orders above ₹999.
- For orders below the free shipping threshold, charges are calculated at checkout.
- Express shipping charges are displayed before final payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking details. You can track shipments via the courier partner’s website or app.
6. Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery
- Couriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or customer refusal, the order may be returned to us (reshipment charges will apply) or cancelled (refund processed after deducting shipping and handling costs).
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses. AavishkArt is not liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
8. Damaged, Lost, Or Stolen Packages
- If a package arrives damaged, report within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
- If a shipment is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the courier. Resolution may take 7–15 business days.
- AavishkArt is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier but reported missing. In such cases, customers must follow up with the courier directly.
9. International Shipping (When Introduced)
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges.
- Delivery times may vary significantly due to customs checks and international courier operations.
10. Pre-Orders & Backorders
- Estimated shipping timelines will be mentioned on the product page.
- If multiple items are ordered together, the order will be shipped only when all items are ready, unless otherwise specified.
11. Delayed Deliveries
In case of courier strikes, natural disasters, or unforeseen events beyond our control, delays may occur. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of such delays.
12. Proof Of Delivery
Customers may be required to provide an OTP or signature upon delivery. Any person present at the delivery address is deemed authorized to accept the package.
13. Changes & Cancellations
- Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once dispatched.
- Requests for changes must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Beyond that, fulfillment may have already begun.
14. Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure availability to receive deliveries. Failure to accept shipments or repeated cancellations may result in account restrictions.
