UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, AmEx), Net Banking from all major Indian banks, PayPal, and direct bank transfer. All orders are prepaid — we do not currently offer Cash on Delivery.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. Standard delivery within India typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Customized or made-to-order pieces may take 5–10 business days to produce. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Keep mandala and paint art away from direct sunlight and moisture. Crochet pieces can be hand-washed in cold water with mild detergent and air-dried flat. Resin pieces should be dusted with a soft, dry cloth.
